The 51st Annual Partners Group Bud Ossey Memorial Scramble Is Coming August 29

The 51st Annual Partners Group Bud Ossey Memorial Scramble is August 29 at the Tualatin Country Club. It has been over a half century since this event’s namesake (Bud Ossey ’43) determined he wanted to find a way to support Oregon State Men’s Golf. Fifty years later, it does just that by helping OSU’s student-athletes with travel resources, tournament opportunities, funds to compete in the US Amateur and other national tournaments, as well as the opportunity to work with a performance sports psychologist throughout the season.

The event is an 18-hole scramble where teams battle for the lowest score to earn prizes. Golfing at one of the area’s premiere country clubs is not the only aspect driving people to this event. We are grateful for our corporate event donors participating with us once again this year (listed below), some of which will be on site during the day with on-course activations. You may also support OSU Men’s Golf through our online auction. Details and a list of items and experiences will be announced closer to the date of the event.

“Bud passed away in July of last year and this event continues to be a reminder of his and is late wife Maxine’s generosity. It has grown year after year and now not only serves as a means to raise funds for our program, but is also a great way to celebrate the past and present of OSU men’s golf,” said head coach Jon Reehoorn.
