Tobacco Needs Assessment
Lincoln County Public Health is conducting a needs assessment on current or previous tobacco or nicotine use, as well as any quit attempts. Community members who live and work in Lincoln County are invited to complete an online survey. Paper copies of the survey, in both English and in Spanish, are available at your local library as well.
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) states that “A commitment to health equity involves understanding health disparities related to commercial tobacco* and factors that cause these disparities.” This Tobacco Needs Assessment Survey is one way to begin to understand where those health disparities currently are.

Your responses will be used to understand tobacco use in Lincoln County. The responses will help in developing local interventions to prevent tobacco use, as well as programs to support those who want to quit using tobacco products. Your answers are anonymous, which means we do not ask for information that can be linked back to you. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete and will be available to complete until April 31, 2023.
