Newsletter Delivery Changes
Beginning in February 2023, the newsletter format will be changing from a two page document to one page. For better efficiency, the newsletter will also be mailed in an envelope with the new, full page utility bills (rather than as a stand alone publication).
This change means that Halsey residents that do not reside within the City and/or do not receive a Utility Bill will not receive a physical copy of the newsletter. Please use the "Stay Up to Date" feature at the bottom of the home page to be notified when a new newsletter is available. You may also sign up for alerts via text and/or email for other news, events, and notices.
