Manibusan, Nichol Earn all-America Honors
The AVCA is pleased to announce the women's volleyball All-America teams for Two-Year Colleges, as chosen by the Two-Year College Volleyball All-America Selection Committee. Forty-five student-athletes from 39 schools made the three, 15-member All-America teams for the 2022 season. They represent all three NJCAA Divisions, the CCCAA, and the NWAC.
Taya Manibusan, also named the Baden NWAC Volleyball Player of the Year and NWAC Championship Tournament Most Valuable Player, earned 1st Team honors. Shelbey Nichol earned 2nd Team honors and was named to the NWAC Volleyball Championship all-Tournament 1st Team.

Last year's NWAC Volleyball Player of the Year, Shalyn Gray, was a 2021 AVCA all-America selection. The Roadrunners now have had eight individuals honored by the AVCA as all-Americans since 2010.
