The Spring Showcase Is Almost Here
The day is almost here. On April 22, members of Beaver Nation are invited to Reser Stadium for their first chance to see the 2023 Beavers in action.
Head Coach Jonathan Smith’s team is coming off the program’s third 10-win season, and Oregon State closed out 2022 with a 30-3 win over Florida in the SRS Distribution Las Vegas Bowl.
Of course, the Spring Showcase is more than just the action on the field at Reser Stadium.
It’s an opportunity to see the progress made on the new west side at Reser Stadium. Renewed your season tickets? There’s an opportunity to see the new west side via tours from OSU personnel. Remember, Reser Stadium isn’t complete without you, Beaver Nation.
Entry to Reser, which is free, will be through Parker Plaza on the east side of the stadium. As you enter, there will be a face painter, carnival style games and a Benny photo booth, with the Las Vegas Bowl trophy available for photographs.
Students – we’d love to see you at Reser. We’ll have on field challenges during breaks in the action. Looking to kick a field goal? How about completing a pass? There will be opportunities, and of course, these will lead to prizes. Signing up will be required; stay tuned over the Beaver Dam newsletter and social media for the link.
Students, make sure to sign up. You’ll also have the opportunity to sign up to retrieve the kicking tee at one OSU game in 2023. Ten students will be randomly selected and there will be a tryout on the field during the showcase.
We’ll have posters available, rosters, face tattoos, and more while you’ll be able to play some corn hole, take a chance at catching a t-shirt, hear the band, and see the 2023 Beavs. There will be concessions available at Reser.
Gates open at Reser Stadium at 10:30 a.m. Take a look at the 2023 Beavers, celebrate being a part of Beaver Nation and get ready for the upcoming season, which is only months away. For those of you who can’t make it to Reser, the Spring Showcase will air on the Pac-12 Networks from noon to 1 p.m. PT.
