The Behavioral Health Advisory Committee – BHAC – is a combined meeting of the former Mental Health Advisory Committee MHAC and the Local Alcohol & Drug Abuse Planning Committee – LADAPC (doing business as the Addiction Prevention and Recovery Committee APARC).
