Oregon State softball player Jaeya Butler was named to the 2026 National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Division I Third Team All-Region, according to a May 14 announcement.
Butler’s recognition comes after a season in which she played all 53 games and set new single-season records for Oregon State with 23 home runs, 61 runs batted in, 157 total bases, and an .882 slugging percentage. These numbers led the West Coast Conference. She also ranked among the top five in program history for doubles (16, tied for second), runs scored (49, tied for third), and batting average (.393, tied for fifth).
Butler was one of three Beavers players with double-digit home runs this season. Her consistent performance contributed to an Oregon State offense that broke its own record with 62 home runs—also the highest total in the conference—and out-homered three conference opponents combined.
She earned several honors during the year, including being selected as conference Player of the Week three times. In addition to her latest accolade from NFCA, Butler received WCC Player of the Year honors and a First Team All-Conference selection.
This is the second consecutive year that Oregon State has had an athlete named to an All-Region team; Logan Hulon was a Third Team selection in 2025. The program continues its tradition of strong individual performances within collegiate softball.
