Tribal Elders

We are looking forward to seeing all of you at the Restoration Pow-wow this weekend!  Here are a few important updates and reminders:

1. Elders Staff will be issuing Elder Per Diem at the Elders Raffle Table from 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM on Saturday.  Please come visit them at the table to get your per diem.

2. Today is the deadline to cancel your lodging reservations with the 48-hour notice so you can avoid being sanctioned.  Please call the Elders Program at 541-444-8212 to cancel your lodging reservations if you are not able to attend.  There is a long waiting list, and Elders will be able to be moved from the wait list if staff receive your cancellation.  If you call the office to cancel please leave a message  All of the Elders Team are in and out of the office today, but they will get all of the voice mail messages.

3. The Elders Council Meeting will be held at 11:00 AM at ACES on Sunday.

If you are trying to reach Elders Staff over the weekend, the cell phone coverage at the casino and some of the hotels is intermittent.  It is important to leave a message so they can get back to you.  You can also try texting the numbers above.
