Erica Floro is a Sr. Certified Mortgage Advisor with a passion for helping people achieve their financial goals through real estate. With years of experience in the industry, Erica has developed a hands-on, proactive approach to every client relationship.
She believes that every homebuyer needs a qualified mortgage expert to answer their questions and make smart choices before, during, and after the home loan process. By taking the time to get to know each client’s goals and aspirations, Erica provides personalized solutions that fit their unique needs.
 
Working on teams has been a fundamental part of her professional and life experiences. She has had the opportunity to collaborate with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and skillsets, and each experience has taught her something valuable. In addition, she believes that building strong relationships is essential for successful teamwork. Taking the time to get to know her team members on a personal level, understanding their goals and motivations, and being there to support them when needed has been instrumental in building trust and respect within her teams.
 
In addition to helping her clients build wealth through real estate,  Erica is also committed to giving back to the community. She enjoys volunteering at multiple non-profits and serves on several committees. When Erica has free time you can find her coaching volleyball, attending sporting events and spending time with her friends and family.
